In our Covid world the movement studio has moved from Scullin to smaller premises in Belconnen with reduced face to face lessons and much work going online. It is working well with only a few changes to the timetable. We still have a fully equipped studio working 1:1 and 1:2 for rehabilitation programs and for classes 1:2 face to face with others online.
The New Movement Studio in Belconnen: looks east out onto gardens with ample off street parking either directly in front of the Studio or at either end of the street. It is not a drop in address. Located in a quiet residential area the location is supplied when you make your appointment to minimise issues with the neighbours.
Head Office, Private consultation space and Massage clinic: is operating as normal under reduced hours and complying with Covid protocols.
With a lifetime of exposure to Somatic movement practice, many years, experience in service industries and tertiary training in Education and Health Sciences, Deb initially came to Pilates for rehabilitation from injury. Her past experience, initial training and increasing interest in and awareness of the benefits of Somatic Movement practices encouraged by her early trainers gave a natural progression into Somatic Movement as a therapeutic tool. Listening to, sensing, feeling and observing the body, raising awareness and making the most of A-bility.

With a lifetime experience in Somatic practice, almost 30 of those committed to intensive personal practice and teaching, 15 years of valuable experience in managing personal chronic illness and injury Deb offers a diverse approach to the delivery of rehabilitation.
